• Have handy the reference number that we previously emailed to you.
• Decide which payment method you would like to use.
• If you pay with a PayPal account, insert the reference number, the amount to pay and click on the button "Pay Now" located below
• If you pay directly with a credit or debit card, click on the button "Pay Now" located below this option. Enter the information requested to process your payment
• If your card is approved we will instantly receive notification of your payment.

Important: For your security our credit card processor works in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), this means that your information is encrypted and nobody can have access to it.

Cancellation Policy: The service paid with credit card is 100% refundable if you give us a cancellation notice 24 hours in advance prior to your arrival date. If you don't cancel your reservation with 24 hour notice and/or no show at the airport, a charge of 50% will be applicable and the balance will be refunded to you.

To guarantee the quality of our service, and only in case you have a valid complaint about it, you'll get a partial refund after being validated with our customer service area.
