Scope of Service

Paradise Transfers provides private transportation services from Cancun and Tulum airports to various destinations in the Riviera Maya. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Reservations

Bookings must be made through our official website or confirmed via email. You are responsible for providing accurate information, including flight details, pickup location, and contact information.

Payments

All payments must be completed prior to the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept secure online payments and provide confirmation via email.

Cancellations & Modifications

Our cancellation and modification policies are outlined in the Cancellation Policy. Please review them before booking.

Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time and location. A maximum waiting time of 10 minutes applies. Failure to show up may result in the service being marked as completed with no refund.

Force Majeure

Paradise Transfers is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the transfer unless caused by proven negligence. All vehicles are insured and operated by licensed drivers.
